Please read these terms carefully before using the Fallowed Land Registry platform.
The Fallowed Land Registry (“Registry”) is an online platform that allows voluntary registration of fallowed or repurposed agricultural lands within the Paso Robles Area Groundwater Subbasin.

Licensed to and administered by the County of San Luis Obispo.
Platform Provider
Built and operated by Mythos Applications LLC.
Use of the Registry is free. By using the Registry, you agree to the following terms:
The County of San Luis Obispo administers the Registry program and determines eligibility, enrollment, and compliance.
Mythos Applications LLC provides the technical platform only and does not make regulatory or eligibility determinations.
By submitting information to the Registry, you certify that:
You have legal authority or written consent from the landowner(s)
All information you submit is accurate and kept up to date
You will notify the County if conditions change
You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws
Important Notice
Enrollment in the Registry does not guarantee groundwater rights or regulatory approval. Participation does not replace or override any legal or regulatory requirements.
The Registry includes user-submitted information and public or analytical data sources.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted information.
The County may remove or suspend Registry enrollment if:

Use of the Registry is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythos Applications LLC and the County are not liable for damages arising from use of the Registry.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the County of San Luis Obispo and Mythos Applications LLC from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in the Registry.
Some Registry information may be subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act.
These Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
