Introduction

The Paso Robles Groundwater Basin Fallowed Land Registry Platform ("Platform") is operated in collaboration with the County of San Luis Obispo and the Paso Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agencies ("GSAs") to support voluntary registration of fallowed or repurposed agricultural lands within the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin.

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when individuals access or use the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information is NOT sold or used for commercial marketing.

User Accounts & Data Access

Secure Accounts

Users must create an authenticated account to enroll land. Access to submitted enrollment information is strictly restricted to:

  • The registered account owner
  • Authorized County/GSA admins

Authorized administrators may access user-submitted data for:

Public Records & Disclosure

California Public Records Act (CPRA)

The County of San Luis Obispo is subject to the CPRA. Information submitted to the Platform may constitute a public record and may be subject to disclosure unless exempt under applicable law.

Users should avoid submitting confidential trade secrets or sensitive financial data unless specifically required by program policy.
