Five Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) within the Paso Robles Area Groundwater Subbasin collectively implement the Basin's Groundwater Sustainability Plan and support the Fallowed Land Registry.

City of Paso Robles GSA

Manages groundwater sustainability within the city limits, supporting the Fallowed Land Registry and MILR Program for the Paso Robles Area Groundwater Subbasin.

County of San Luis Obispo GSA

Oversees groundwater management across the unincorporated areas of the basin and administers the Fallowed Land Registry platform.

San Miguel CSD GSA

Participates in the basin's Groundwater Sustainability Plan and supports voluntary land registration through the Fallowed Land Registry.

Shandon-San Juan (SSJ) GSA

Represents the northern portion of the basin and works with agricultural irrigators to implement groundwater sustainability and land repurposing measures.

Estrella – El Pomar – Creston (EPC) GSA

Covers the eastern areas of the basin and collaborates on the GSP implementation and Fallowed Land Registry enrollment.
